What would happen to a UN resolution if voting was tied at the end of the voting period? Would it pass, fail, or would the game crash?

The odds of a resolution ending up tied are so small, I doubt it's worth worrying about anyway :P

I think it would be cool if we could have a way to vote off a resolution once it has been passed.

To edit it or to delete it all together. Just a thought.
