How exactly do you get to the page for writing your own issues?

You have to have a population of at least 500 million.

And just because you write it, doesnt mean it will be made, I proposed on etoday adn am waiting for the response

Basically think up a really good idea for something you thin a politicialn in this game woudl enjoyu answering,

think up three to five positions for various special interest groups to have about it.
at least a Pro, Con, Midground, and whatever else.

think up how these different ways of dealing with the problem would affect a country and write it up and submit it,

there are technical guidlines fo r the actual submission process on the submit page, and as Unfree syas you need 500 M in pop to submit.

You could get someone to submit it for you.

Or get someone to donate a puppet for that use.

Once you do get to 500 million population, go into the page where all your issues are listed, then go to the bottom of that page and you should see the link

that's why my issues never worked....

then... why was I able to access it when (at one point) was I had a pop of less than 500 mil?

The new rule was introduced only recently.

I proposed on today and am waiting for the response
