How do i send telegrams to different nations >?

You can only send one telegram to a nation at a time - click on the nation you want to send a telegram to, and there'll be a little box at the bottom of the page asking "Want to wire a telegram to [nation]?" Just type in your telegram there and hit Send!

If they send you back a telegram you can check it by looking at bottom of your homepage, and if you see you have a telegram. Click on it ! :)
