You can't, but you are allowed to forget the account :P

But anyway : It cannot be done by Moderation, just leave it alone, do not log on, for over 28 days and it deletes itself. Moderation staff will not delete them for you, you have to wait for the automatic process to do it.

It's "will not", not "cannot". We Moderators can delete nations, but we don't it merely upon request.
