I posted a message on the "Gunman Kills Three" issue in which I got two results from. 1: All guns must be registered (the one I wanted) and 2: Gun are banned. Now my nation's profile says that surveillance cameras are banned. What happened?

Mmm... odd. You have absoutely nothing pertaining to the gunman issue in your spotlight. Surveillance cameras come from the "Big Brother Anti-Crime" issue, where you're asked to either remove all public cameras, set up more everywhere, or just barcode everyone. Sure you didn't get that issue instead?

Yes, are you sure? Or it could be one of those super rare glitches in the game that no one really notices.
