Could someone please help. You know the issues you get everyday about your particular country - i have an idea for an issue, but I can't work out how to do it. HELP!

If you mean how do you create an issue, go to the issues page and look and the very bottom. Then click where it says 'Submit an Issue'. Click there.
Or possibly I'm wrong and you have to click on an issue and then scroll down, but I think the first is right.

Im 99% sure that you have to have a population of over 500 million to submit an issue

oh - i know you have to have 500 million to select your own name intorduction - rather than selecting from the drop-down list, but i'm not sure about the issues. Oh well - thanks anyway!

It changed about a month ago, and the reason was that we felt that nations who had been around for awhile would have a better idea of the types of issues the game uses, so that we can cut down on the number of bad issues that only get deleted.
