Why are most U.N. reolution categires unilateral ? why can't there be a proposal to boost industry and fuckup the environment ? or decrease political frredoms across the board ? the furtherence of dictatorship ?

I think a few more categories would also help those proposals to colonize mars by boosting police budgets...

The UN is all about equal rights, first and foremost, and the things for the best of the Western world. Thus, dictatorships and screwing the environment are obviously low priorities.
