What if you have a friend who created a nation on his computer, then came to you house and made it join the UN? And you already have a UN nation. What happens?
If detected, they will both be deleted.

I think he means, to ask what if two UN nations apply form the same IP, but actually join form different ones. I've been wondering this for a while myself.

Actually, small-time UN multis just get ejected and a warning.
