Auto log-in not working

This problem just started recently for me. The automatic log-in feature isn't working for me anymore. I'll clearly mark that I want auto log-in to be on, but if I close my browser and reopen it and come here, I'll have to log in again. I'm most certain I'm selecting auto log-in to be on. I've tried waiting past updates in case it takes that long to work. Nothing's working. Any idea why this might be happening to me?

I don't use it. I'm not the only one using this computer. And I've been deleted before, because someone else used my nations.

If you have Internet Explorer (not sure about other browsers) you may have it set to clear you temporary files every time you close the browser. Mine used to be set to do that and auto-login never worked once I closed the browser window.

To check (if you don’t know) go under Tools > Internet Options >Advanced. Scroll down towards the bottom of the list. There is a box labeled “Empty Temporary Internet Files when browser is closed”.
Not sure if having that checked would cause auto-login not to work, but it seemed to help for me.

Try clearing all your cookies, then resetting the auto-login checkbox. Make sure to click "update settings" at the bottom. Then try again.

I'm going to bump this because none of the recommended solutions are working and I don't think Sal saw it.
