My .02$:
1. U.N. resolutions take a long time to get approved by enough U.N delegates because the interface for approving them is VERY cumbersom. you have to page through 20+ pages and individually approve the ones you like. A one page list with the header and implications (improve environment, increase police...etc) and multiple selection capability would streamline the entire process.
2. I constantly wonder if it ever happens that a nation decides to move to a new region it has not heard of beforehand from friends (except for region hijacking of course). There is no way of comparing regions except for a keyword search, or of course, if you are a very patient person, you can flip through some thousand pages and choose the region of your choice by the number of nations in it at the moment (the only significant statistic displayed).
