Ok, so here is my idea. I have realized that people complain about how they didnt do the crime, lets say helping greif a nation. Sometimes we dont know for sure but we can't delete people for certain things if we dont know if they did it for sure(well, MOD's can but still..they tend to complain). So an idea crossed my mind, what about a region that would be used as a prison. It would have a password that only the warden (Muah) knows along with the mods and prisoners would not be able to leave. They would get 2 or 3 telegrams but only 1 with people from outside regions. Thats 1 visistor telegram perday. A normal term would be 2-3 weeks. The inmates would have to work bye recruiting for the regions that they helped greif (or so they claim to not off). They would have to send 15-20 recruiting messages perday and give the nation names to one of the gaurds (Im thinking 5 gaurds). After there term is up they will be permited back into the NS world but without UN membership. If they commit the crime again they will have to be deleted because we can't have people going back, now can we. As warden Punishment and security would be my main concerns. I understand that you are all very buisy but this idea has a 50/50 chance. Heads says it flops, tails says it becoms the next rejected realms. It's that simple. I really intend to work on this and perfect it more but I can answer any questions. Also, if this isn't the right place to post this then please move it, I really wasn't sure. Thanks.
