I have This nation which I created on Feb 24, and the nation of "Haperd" created on Feb 25... all along of course Vilita had a higher population than Haperd, then all of a sudden, around 237 million i believe, Vilita Paused... and since then, haperd has been a step above Vilita, 295-293 I think right now

oh yes, that sort of thing happens all the time. Even nations created on the same day can have gaps of about 30 million between them. That gap wont be set in stone either, for example me and Valmar: We were created on the same day and I was usually about 20 million smaller than him, but recently Ive actually become larger than him, and I dare say that will change again soon.
