Ok, I know regions with preceeding, following or duble spaced names is banned ,
How bout banning these spam to the front regions with the the lines of 0's in front of them?

There will always be some regions in front. No matter what rules one uses to determine which names are or are not allowed, there will be some pretty weirdly named regions on the first page because that is why these regions exist: to be on the first page of the alphabetical list.

If you outlaw all regions starting with [0-9], you'll see aaa, aaaa, aaaaa, etc... Sorting methods don't matter either.

If it's somehow deemed a priority to prevent this from being done, one thing to do could be to start the list at a random position each day, and have it 'rotate' through (000 would be after "30 z's") the list until all regions are listed. I would expect there being some protest against that though. Being on that first page matters to some.

What if a suggestion were to be made that nations are no longer founded in a feeder, but in a random non-passworded region? (or make it a region option to allow it functioning as a feeder...) All of a sudden, the feeder regions would be much less 'special', and I would expect the people who have built a position in the game based on that to not like it one bit.

This doesn't mean no structural game changes should be allowed, they should merely be of sufficient importance to warrant taking away from those player's in-game positions. Is there any reason for you to dislike those regions other than an aesthetic one?

I really like this idea! Very creative and a good idea, Ballotonia!
