I have found the forums to be riddled with lag and unreliable, so I am unable to check if these have been reported or not. I sincerely apologize if I am repeating something.
I have found 2 bugs that involved a nation moving into another region.
1. It is possible to move to the region you are currently in. The easiest way to do it is to go to the world index, search for your region, then it says near the top with a link "Move @@Nation@@ to @@region@@" Where @@region@@ is the current region @@nation@@ resides in.
2. I do not know the details on this one, but I got moved to a nation I did not wish to be moved to. Here is how I did it and have not tried reproducing it, nor have I explored it very much:
1. Logged in as a nation, opened a new page with information on a region where it gives all the info Nations have, and where you can Telegram that nation.
2. Logged in as another nation. I wanted to Telegram the nation I had the window open for, but not with the other nation, so I clicked on the region link at the top of that page, and when I looked at the main page, I found myself moved into that region, the same region the nation was that I wanted to Telegram.
Perhaps if I had opened the region in a new window, I would not have been moved.
