how do you import pictures for your flag I want the White Sox logo as my flag

Ok, here's what you do in the future-

Go to google.com, into images and search for what you want. Find and save the image. Then open up a decent art program and resize it to 107x71 pixels, then save it as a JPG. Open up NS, and go to your settings page. Browse for your flag, and upload it there. Ta-da!

Now with this, save this image here (http://upl.silentwhisper.net/uplfolders/upload3/whitesox50.jpg) onto your desktop, and upload it through NS with your settings page.

can I get the federation flag?

I just want to warn you that Adobe Photoshop is incapable of making a JPG smaller than 6kb. No joke. You can have it on zero quality and its still 6.53kb. Very annoying.

If you ever desire to make your own flag with APS, I suggest making the flag in photoshop and then copy-and-pasting it into MS Paint for saving.

I'll take a swing through Google for a Federation flag as well.

EDIT: Heres what I found for a ST Federation Flag. Was apparently used before a "Grand Alliance" with the Klingon Empire, so don't know if its the right time frame for you or not.

Not true
If you use the regular "Save as" it probably is (it would have to be a very simple picture to make it under), but there are better ways. A few steps down the "File" menu is the "Save for web..." optimizer that can get the picture very small.

Yah the save 4 web thing is the only way 2 go. and its gotta be like under 5.5k or something like that,

One other thing about it, it has a handy "optomize to file size" that gives you the best possible settings under the size you input. It's always worked for me under 5.6k
