I'm getting issues that I've already had before and dealt with. My population is 231 million. Maybe this is normal. I am using a Mac OS 10.2 using Safari. My ISP is Erol's, which no one probably ever heard of, but it's good and is free because of my dad's college where he teaches.

This is normal. There are only about 110-120 issues in the game; therefore, everybody gets repeat issues eventually.

Just be thankful you weren't here in the days when there were only 30 issues!
