You will find in the 2nd paragraph on the second line that there is a glitch where it says:

...with Healthcare and receiving almost no funds by comparison...

As you can see, after the 'and' there needs to be something.

That's interesting. I remember something similar happening with industries. What may have happened here is that your smallest department is so small that it hasn't been listed. Should wait 'til Sal or [violet] see this to see if I'm right though. :P
