Yes, but the other GM could just log into the mod centre and resurrect it, then delete the other GM.

I think its more a matter of common sense ..
Gain: 5 minutes of inconvinience for fellow GM (and [violet]/[repprod] when they have to set the forum account back up).
Loss: Most likely the same inconvenience themselves, possibly up to modhood.
