ok im sure this has been asked a billion times, but i see countries with names like The Awesome Republic of "nation's name" instead of just the republic, how do you make cool names like that. Right now, I'm just the Kingdom, but maybe it could be the Awesome Kingdom.

Once you have a population of 500 million, you can make a custom pretitle. If you have less than 500 million, you can only pick a title from the drop down list.
