encourage your population to have more sex. When you get the issue on all married couples having water beds and mirrors on the ceiling along with the usual bed of nails and hammocks etc.
population goes up very well but economy is rock bottom as everyone stays in bed and does not work

The population bug has been virtually eradicated, and I would strongly urge you not to attempt to exploit it if you don't want something nasty to happen to your nation.
