I am new to the game. Can I send a telegram to my friend's country? How do I do that? :)

Just click on any nations names and get to their description page. At the very bottom, you'll see a box where you can type in. Type a message, and then send it to them with the button right under the box.

And to find them, use the search field on the "The World" menu (not that it only finds exact matches, but is not case sensitive).

I tried to send a telegram to a two nations in my region yesterday and recieved an error message that said:

This request failed a security check.

I was logged in, and was able to send telegrams to other nations without dificulty.

Any idea what this means?
