I recently saw a Nation with the Title 'Floating Island'. I asked him how to get that title, and he replied it was in the settings list. However, I don't see it, and there is no 'Custom Title' option. Help me!
Once your population passes 500,000,000 (500 million) you have the option to make a custom title. Until then you're stuck with what's on the regular list
