Q: I used to be the founder of Brussels Capital of Europe

As stated above, I used to be the founder of the 'Brussels Capital of Europe' region. After a stay in Belgium, I returned to my region to find out that there is no founder anymore. In this region we do not have a UN Delegate as well. How and where can I claim my rights as founder???

Thanx,

'Brussels Capital of Europe' has no founder, so it is an old region from before founders were added to the game. If you want to become founder, you must get all the residents to peacefully agree (as in do not become delegate and boot anyone) to leave the region, then refound it when it autodeletes at the next update.

Just out of curiousity, would this situation count as a special circumstance to grant foundership?

*checks regions' historic records for the past few months*

You may have been delegate for a short time (I have no verification of this in my records), but you were never registered as Founder.

From what I've seen, most likely not. There are still tons of regions without a founder because they are to old (like LUE), and the mods policy is something like "its been to long, so if you really want a founder refound."

Anything that is going to qualify as special circumstances would likely need to be a situation where refounding was for some reason totally infeasible (like in Europe). This nation is fairly small, refounding is a reasonable option.

Note: I am not a mod and can't speak for them

The only other situation where founders are granted is in the event of a serious greifing, ala, Central Asia, and a half dozen others.
