How does the dossier thing work?

The Dossier is a game feature, and should be discussed in the help area.
The forum has technical and mdoeration forums for board related things.

Hoewver, I will make an attempt to explain:

Not Much.

All the Dossier is, is a list of nations whom you add to it. It has a link to the nations and you can Telegram them through this. Its just a quick route to contact people really.

you can use the dossier also to keep track of nations, where they are, how long they have been inactive, etc.
for example, i use my dossier to keep track of my puppets, or when a region is griefed, to get a list of the natives (from the UN report).
you can also use it to keep track of friends, nations you have endorsed, and various other reasons why you would want to keep track of nations.

That's largely what I do. On this nation, I track all my puppets, plus a couple nations "of interest" and a couple Mods I often telegram. On my anti-griefing nations (the KOA ones) I keep a list of natives.
