I am wondering aobut one thing...
Since there is a lot of ppls who have started a long time ago and have big nations, all mighty and powerful; is there a way for the new nations to beat the ones that are better..in nation growth or whatever.

No, it takes time to build up your nation.

I know that.
But How am I supposed to become better than someone who has like 10 mill population and I have 7mill when both are naitons will grow by a million every day. So s/he will always have more population that me.
Do you know what I mean?

Eventually, how you respond to certain issues will affect how much your population grows, so in time you may be able to overtake the other nation.

You can't. I don't think the issues would affect your population so much that you could overtake them within a year.

You will always be smaller than some people. Live with it.

I've overtaken some of my firends that are a few days older than me. In fact, I'm now about 7 or 8 million larger than his main nation. It has something to do with how you respond to the issues. If you want to be bigger than nations that are more than a few days older than you, forget it, the disparity is already too large. However, I have found that you can beat larger nations in wars. That merely depends on how good of an RPer you are.

What I meant was nations that are months ahead of you. If they aren't within 3 weeks of you, forget about it.

Actually, any nation can get on the #1 spot for the most liberal nations ranking. You just need to get an anarchy based on the initial questions.

First, population growth is approximatley linear with a bit of randomness to it (you gain 5-8 million a day after your first couple weeks). Not at all related to issue answers. You might overtake someone a few days older then you, but other then that you probably won't get a higher population then older nations. Also, they can always make a comeback.

Second, war is entirely RP, ask about it on NS after reading the stickies to find out how. Not a tech issue.

Third, you can't "beat" anybody becuase there is no set way to "win" ... just have fun while you play ;)

War is totally RP??? So who decides the outcome or the winner of the war..?
