I created a nation called The Great Max Barry and when I posted it said my name is Brides for Christ and I was logged in as Brides for Christ WTF is happening

See look, my nation name

That is really odd.

Just looks like the mods(or max) got a hold of ya. Can you still login with the original name? Can you log in with both names and still be displayed as Brides?

Yeah the mods of course can change names. Maybe they didn't like you imitating Max Barry.

We don't change Nation Names.

Did you create Brides of Christ? Does your other nation exist?

Are you using AOL?
Could TGMB have been deleted becaue others would mistake it for TGMB himself?

Since you didnt create Brides for christ, it could mean that if you use AOL another AOL user created that nation and set it to auto-sign-in.

Well, I'm not sure how you ended up in Brides for Christ. This is the second time I've heard of this type of thing, and it bothers me.

TGMB was deleted due to impersonation.

Okay, now this just happened to me. I was typing in tech, and then was corrected over IRC, so I went back to remove my post. I was told I couldn't, because it wasn't mine. I assumed NS was being buggy so I closed the window. As it was already closing, I was not able to see who I was logged in as. This may have been the same thing, or it could just have been NS/my comp being buggy.

I've had this happen to me, too, but I know I wasn't logged in as another nation.

Okay, thanks Tuesday Hights. Having a corrupted OS may be part of the problem on my end, too.
