Leaders. Just a blank spot where you can fill in your current ruler. That way, people could know who to address IC roleplayed TGs to!
It could perhaps be a reward for reaching the magical population of (insert magical population number here. 2 billion? 3?) to help reduce server bandwidth, but that shouldn't be a problem with something as small as this. I mean the servers handle the custom nation titles pretty well, and this isn't that different. Just another goody for the Settings page.
