Be nice and patient to people. Read the topics with the http://www.nationstates.net/forum/templates/subSilver/images/folder_sticky.gif next to them whenever you have a question, or need to know how something works. I'd recommend starting is NationStates forum, and International Incidents forum and reading around to see how stuff works. You'll get the hang of it, it's not too hard.
