Mod Edit: Getting Help Page
This is an issue for the getting help page, and names of people who are accused of UN multi-ing shouldn't be posted on the forums (even though this is a conversation with him, you probably ought to take out the names).
UN Multi accusations should always go through the getting help page, because only the mods can check to see if he is a multi.
