List of regions

I'm aware of the XML to get a list of nations in a region ... is there a way to get a list of regions? I know it will be a really big list, just wondering if it was possible.
yes. go to 'world' when your looking at your nations page. Then there is a link for "list all regions" or something to that effect.

As far as XML feed goes? I don't think so.
If such a list exists, no one has made any effort to let the players know.
Since the region nation list is disabled for nations bigger then a couple hundred players, I doubt one exists or will be added for the several thousand regions of the game.

I did not realize that the list of nations on the regiondata was not available for large regions. Interesting!
