Odd happening on the regional listing
The very first region listed has no name (the cell for the name on the table doesn't even exist), 1 occupant, and no delegate. Does that mean a poor nation out there somewhere has been struck down by the "the 0 of 0" bug, or is it some other kind of glitch?

I examined the HTML on the region list page with the mystery region on it and found that the link, if it contained text which could be clicked, would link to:
http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=display_region/region=0
I put the above URL into a browser window manually and got the log in screen. So I shut my browser down, opened a new browser window, loaded www.nationstates.net and logged in normally with my usual nation. I then opened a new browser window and again loaded the above URL and that time it took me to the region in which my nation resides. I logged out and logged back in under another one of my nations, again loaded the above URL into a new browser window and that time it took me to the region in which *that* nation resides.
It would seem that this mystery region is a link to the region for whatever nation happens to be logged in, and would function as such if there was any text in the link to click.
EDIT: I just tried the following URL:
http://www.nationstates.net/cgi-bin/index.cgi/-1/page=display_region/region=
and it had the same effect as the one given above. Perhaps 0 is simply treated as a null? There are other regions listed like 000, but apparently a single 0 doesn't work. Maybe someone tried to create a new region called "0" but the "0" got replaced with null, entraping said nation in the strange state of limbo observed. I tried to do a search in the world region list for "0" and got the response that it could not find "", so that would be my guess.

Not entirely sure what it is, but we'll fix it.
