I had the reverse problem. I recieved an issue on Compulsory voting, dealt with it, had it shownup in my Country Bio, and then got the same issue the next day. *whine*

The example I always use here is one of those simple probability experiments. Take 70 bits of paper (there aren't 70 issues necessarily, but 70's a decent number to use) and number them 1-70. Put them all in a hat, bag or other receptacle and draw one out. Record its number, put it back in and repeat as many times as you want. Soon you'll see exactly how confoundingly random the issues actually can be.
