yeah, this is pretty nice to cover tracks, but also harder to follow people's tracks back..

Not if you are in region with low activity... and if you were on when the guy came and left...

the turnover time in the pacifics is now about 15 minutes, so to cover your tracks, you just move to a pacific, sit there for 20 minutes, then move on.
people will have a much harder time tracking you back to the region you came from

But i still get the feeling a mass spammer might just create a load of abusive names, and spam the regional happenings, and it would be hell to stop him.
