not really a bug, but...

Cheap Livestock

my nation description contains self-contradictory statements. i've included the paragraphs in question and relevant text in red:

The Rogue Nation of Cheap Livestock is a very large, devout nation, notable for its strong anti-business politics. Its hard-nosed, hard-working, cynical population of 85 million are rabid consumers, partly through choice and partly because the government tells them to and dissenters tend to vanish from their homes at night.

It is difficult to tell where the omnipresent, corrupt, pro-business government stops and the rest of society begins, but it juggles the competing demands of Education, Religion & Spirituality, and Law & Order. Citizens pay a flat income tax of 45%. Private enterprise is illegal, but for those in the know there is a slick and highly efficient black market in Information Technology.
i understand the output is generated based on my responses to issues, but it's still very disconcerting to read. how can a pro-business government be noted for its strong anti-business politics? what does it mean to have a pro-business government in a nation where private enterprise is illegal?

i was hoping someone could edit the nation description output code and find a way to avoid these types of things. in my humble opinion, it would certainly be an improvement to the game.

thank you for your time.

That'll happen. The cause-

If you make a choice on an issue, it's recorded on your stats. For example, you can make cars illegal...then on the next issue, fund the car industry. So both would be reflected on your description in the next UN update.

Most contradictions can be rather funny.

So it's nothing to worry about. :)
