Just noticed the following:
10 minutes ago: The Allied States of Dead Jazz Musicians was admitted to the UN.
I then look at that nation and notice it has 60 endorsements! A bunch of the endorsers are idle for long enough, so it's not possible they were all given within 10 minutes.
This issue was addressed before, and I was told then the ability to carry endorsements through a period of non-UN membership had been disabled. What happened here?? Was that changed again, or is this an error of some sort?
