I have approved the Ballast Water approval at least three times, yet each time I go back to the UN proposals page, it hasn't registered my approval. I'm not sure what else it has forgotten I have approved. Has anyone else encountered this? Could it possibly be a cookies issue? My browser is set to receive cookies only from sites to which I navigate, and I notice that I have to re-login to NS about every twenty minutes. Is that what's doing it?
