I was wondering how to remove my nation with out having to get banned from the UN by just making a new nation and trying to apply for UN stuff, or just waiting. thanks, i just want to delete my nation so i can start over (i am a total newb)

You have to wait 28 days without accessing your nation for it to die of inactivity, this is the only legal way to delete anation; the mods will not delete nations on request unless it is caused by illegal actions in the game.
However, if you simply want to have a new UN nation, you can resign from the UN with your current UN country, then, create a new country, and apply for UN membership with your new country.
Therefore, it's possible to have many puppet nations and 1 UN nation at the same time; this is legal.
