OK, Im either going to look an ass for not knowing something so glaringly obvious, or well, I dont know what the alternatives are.

I responded the lines of:

Uh, thanks! Where did you see my nation out of interest?

That because it was a puppet sitting in my puppet region. Not the sort of region in which a nation would generate fan mail!

Then I got this in return

This made me think of that thing some guy made, a kind of hack to use lots of puppets on the forum? Anyway, I couldnt remember the details so I asked something like this. . . .

Whats that ? Is that the thing that guy made months ago?

To which he responded . . . .

Now I reckon Version 2 is either something I missed completely, which is unlikely since this is a broser based game and as I understand it, any upgrades are implemented into the game.
Plus even if there was something new, I figured Id have read it in the News.
My only other choice is taht thius chap is out looking to cause mischief.

Siswai, since you are in my region, tg me as well if you get these. I recieved a similar one not too long ago also. Along with tging SS, could you tg me the nation's name? You don't have to, just asking.

Check your tgs. I dont think he was targetting nations in your region though. I received the messages on a puppet that is in my puppet region. The puppet I sent the tg to you from incedentaly.
