i have just started to use the international incidents and i don't for the life of me know how to buy stuff. my question is do you have to actually make "money" for your nation or can you just say i want this, this and this and wire the money to the owner. so the question is really saying can i just buy whatever i want and wire the ammount to them without actually having it.

Well, technically, no. Your country must be able to produce that kind of money to buy those things. There are GDP calculators which I will find a link for later. Anyway, most experienced storefronts runners will check your GDP and military budget and will deny you any purchase if you do not have the appropriate funds.

I have never had such a problem, but I know that Klonor gets annoyed sometimes when people don't check theirs.
