What is the dossier about
It's like a friends list, you add the country you want and then you can just click on it to get linked straight to that country/send a telegram, etc.
When it said "special attention" I thought I could overrun them with my army. Thanks for clearing that up.

You can also see most recent log in (which is what I use it for).

My invading region failed because they kept track of my team by putting them in their dossiers...we never stood a chance :cry:

Yes but if you have about 200 it's kard to keep adding them and following up on logging in (I've really got to write myself a login script).
I think that I've fallen back to aboout 50 now(I lost over half of my puppets over February vacation).
