something that might help some people out in being able to look at previouse legislation issues that one has decided apon and being able to change the decision on it.

for example at first i dont like the idea of millitary consprition but now its not a bad idea if i could change my mind on the issue i could change my nations legislation to suit

You can change the choice on an issue as long as it's before the UN update. Just click on your 'issues' link under your nation name and a list of your most recet issues will come up.

The only way to change the issue "months down the track" is to wait for it to come before your Parliament again, then, choose a different solution for it. That's the only way to change it after it's been passed by the legislature in the game.
