can't recieve or pass issues

I have made a nation and resolved 1 issues about 2 weeks ago. My friends tell me more shoudl be rolling in and laws should start being made but not a bit of activity has occured. Vacation mode is not on. I am at a lose as to what he problem is

Your issues *could* be frozen. Try to change how many you get everyday in the settings page and see if that does anything.

I would also recommend leaving your region and returning.

No avail, I have moved reigons double checked my settings (NO VACATION MODE) STILL no issues. If I can't resolve this I don't think I will be able to play this game

I see you moved 6 hours ago. Give it 24 hours total after the region move.
What is your issue frequency set at?
And don't worry, I'm convinced this will be resolved on way or the other.
