UN Lodging a proposal - description size limit

Is it at all possible to increase the amount of text possible in a description? I remember having some sort of problem in the past submitting a large proposal, and I'm pretty certain my present proposal (currently just under 7900 characters) is never going to fit in!

Thanks in advance.

From the perspective of a UN Delegate, I can say your proposal will acquire a lot more approvals if you keep it short and simple. From the perspective of a voting UN Member, I can say I would rather easily understand a proposal because if reading it gives me a headache, I automatically lodge an against vote.

All this is just my advice as a player; as a Tech forumer I can probably assume that the character limit won't be changed.

I suppose your right...and I could always include a URL to the meat of the resolution :)

Although, in all fairness, I can't think of that many voters who'd follow a URL just to see what you're proposing. I tend to think of anything posted ICly on the site (regional things, UN proposals, RP etc) as being like a work of fiction - keep cutting bits out until you've left the bare minimum that you need to get your point across.

I disagree i think people who don't want to read the whole thing will just read what it is proposed under and then vote
