First, when are new UN reports compiled? I read that its pacific time, but when is that exactly?

Second, frankly, region search and nation search suck. You have to have exact matches... is it difficult to have it load up similar matches? The binary searching thing seems a little..... extreme.

Third, how long does it take to get the email for you UN application? Not the telegram, the email. Is it exactly 24 hours, or does it vary?

Why do people endorse francos spain if most want him gone?

One more... is it possible to put passwords on game created regions (i.e. pacific)

First, when are new UN reports compiled? I read that its pacific time, but when is that exactly?
Aproximatly 4:00 am PST in my experiance. The exact time varries, because there are a different number of nations and regions every day.

Second, frankly, region search and nation search suck. You have to have exact matches... is it difficult to have it load up similar matches? The binary searching thing seems a little..... extreme.
Because of the way the game data is stored, that's the way it is and the only way it can be.

Third, how long does it take to get the email for you UN application? Not the telegram, the email. Is it exactly 24 hours, or does it vary?
It varies, but if you haven't gotten it after 24 hours you might want to consider looking at your spam filters (especially if you use Yahoo or Hotmail).

Two words: endorsement traiding. The new players don't know about the war in the pacific so they just endorse whoever sends an "endorse me I endorsed you" letter. This is a "Gameplay" question not a tech question, though.
