Although issues is a topic everyone has an opinion on, it occured to me just how much more interesting this game could be, if the following could happen. You've worked hard to establish your nation, granted its hard to mold it, as you see fit, but on occasion an issue should be generated where simply deleating said issue, can make it go away. Ex Your a dictatorship. Along comes a reformist, who begins to make trouble for you. You dismiss the issue! Ok, its back a week later, but this time not in its original form. The reformist movement is stronger then before, why? because of your decision to dismiss. I play The Simms, and must say aspects of that game incorperated into this game, would be something else!

In other words, dismissing an issue would have an effect besides just making it "go away"? For example, a problem that's dismissed comes back in a worse form than before? Hmmm.... An interesting idea, but I'm not sure I, personally, would like it. Hmmm....

I don't like this idea - the main reason I dismiss issues is because I don't like any of the options given. This wouldn't help things.
