I have multiple computers at work, and I have been on NS with more than one at a time. As they have different IP addresses, they would show up as two different users. I'd have to say 'yes'.

Yes, I believe so. Though I must admit, I haven't attempted actual concurrent access, but I've come pretty close. (Logins overlapping and things like that).
