I'm kinda curious as to why my nation isn't getting any new issues. I just started a few days ago (Wed or Thur) and since then I've only received one issue, which was there from the start, and it still hasn't passed yet. Is there something else I have to do after it says Legislation Pending?

Also, I changed my settings so I'm supposed to get 2 issues every day, so that's not the problem ;)

Check in your Settings page, and make sure that the box labeled "Vacation Mode" is not checked.

Vacation mode increases the Inactivity Deletion time (The period of inactivity required to be deleted for said inactivity) from 24 days to I believe somewhere around 60, and also stops issues from being generated.

I've never heard of this type of problem, though I may be mistaken, I'd wait for the Sal to come on and give you some advice. Until then, just keep waiting to see if it passes.

Foe's right on one thing - check your Settings again. Also, remember to click UPDATE SETTINGS - thats a mistake a lot of people commonly make.

If that fails, try to choose a different option then re-choose your original choice - I've no idea why I'm saying this, but mightwork.

If those two fail, move out of your region than back in - it helps most of the time. You'll have to wait for Salusa to give you a definite answer though.

Yep, I've already checked to make sure vacation mode was off many times, including once where I went on vacation mode and then right back off, and yes, I updated my settings a lot... basically everytime I log on and see that I'm still not ranked and my legislation hasn't passed and I have no issues... wait, that'd be everytime I log on :P :?

I'll try that relocation thing, and if that fails I'll just wait to hear from this Salusa person.

i just had the same problem and i just began playing, then i realized that default you have it set for one new issue every WEEKday not every day...i had to change that....i think it should be every day automatically..just a suggestion.

All the advice you've gotten so far is correct. Make sure that you are on one per day, not one per WEEKday. If that doesn't fix it. Leave your region, and return.
