My firewall just asked me if I wanted to allow Internet Explorer to send my eBay password to www.nationstates.net.

Just thought I'd let you know/warn you.

There's no code on nationstates.net that would do that... in fact, I don't think such a thing would even be possible. A site can't grab your password for another site. If you can provide more detail, though (what you clicked, what firewall, what message, etc), maybe we can work out what happened.

My Firewall's ZoneAlarm. The description that it's now giving of the incident is "Your eBay Password was blocked from being sent to www.nationstates.net". Unfortunately, it didn't recorded any IP/DNS details.

At the time, I was just skimming through some of the forums (sorry but I don't remember where I specifically was at the time).

Just went through my ZoneAlarm log, and I don't have anything like that. Perhaps a spyware sweep is in order.

I wouldnt be surprised if Spyware was in some part responsible for the sit lag.
