what happens if a region loses both its founder and its un delegate, what happens to the regions control (i.e who gets banned and the world factbook entry)

jsut a question...

If the founder has merely left the region, he should be able to access the Regional Control Center whether he's in the region or not. The founder always controls the region, but regional controls will be available to the Delegate if the founder is not physically present.

If the founder has been deleted and revived to Lazurus, I don't know what the rules would be. I suspect the Delegate rules supreme.

If the founder has been deleted and not revived, the Delegate rules.

If the founder has abandoned the region along with the current delegate, the UN member with the most endorsements at update time becomes delegate. In the event of a tie, I believe the latest arriving member gets the nod.

If the founder has been deleted and revived to Lazurus, I don't know what the rules would be. I suspect the Delegate rules supreme. No, a revived nation regains their powers in all regions they have founded. The delegate will still have access unless the founder moves back to the region and blocks it, though. Don't forget: nation accounts aren't actually deleted, just marked "dead" so when the status is changed back to "alive" it's the same account.

Also, if there is no delegate or founder then the region cannot be changed (except by mods, but you better have a really good reason for asking). All nations currently banned will remain banned, the WFB entry will stay as it was the last time it was set, and the password will be whatever it was last set to.

Correct.
