Unfortunately. I have a couple of puppets where I would really like to do that with.

As fun as that would be, it's not very realistic. Nations get messages about stuff all the time, and are never completely isolated.
Region ads, UN stuff, members sending you messages...it's all part of the game you have to deal with.

I had to deal with the massive amounts of hate mail, spammers, god modders, recruitments, UN mail and the like as well. Remember- I was an RPer, then a Generalite, and now a Techie in my NS life.
I got the worst of it all. And this was before the block option.

Ahh right.
I forgot how well loved you are here Bas.
I also recall the second thread ever that I saw in NS was Luporum driving you out of Zaire :p

you could get a puppet of yours to telegram you 15 times, and then you wont recieve any more tgs from anyone.

Last I checked, new telegrams push out the old ones.
But more to the point: if you're gonna block TMs from everyone... how about simply not checking your inbox at all?
Right now a TM blacklist is implemented. Perhaps a good improvement would be a 'whitelist': a list of senders specifically allowed? (implying that all those not on a non-empty whitelist are automatically considered banned)

Yes new telegrams do get rid of old ones to my annoyance, i think the max telegram limit should be moved up from 25 to 20
